Our mission is to advance the career, college, and workplace readiness of youth and adults across education, workplace, family, and community settings in Wisconsin and around the world.

We seek to realize these goals through teaching, professional development, and the provision of career and academic development tools.

Professional Development

The University of Wisconsin–Madison has led the movement to provide training and professional development to those who work in career services. Primarily, our talents lie in providing instruction for the Global Certified Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification and the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) certification.

We also continue to update professionals through our Summer Institutes and annual December meeting in Madison on the UW campus. These events provide an opportunity to network with colleagues and to receive quality professional development training, on new topics every year.
